Christine Stickler
Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, Human Resources, and Internal Audit Manager

Meet Christine Stickler, a cornerstone of North Shore Trust and Savings, who has been with us since 1972. With her Associate Degree from the College of Lake County and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification, Christine has truly seen it all and done it all in her illustrious career. While she may no longer interact directly with customers, her influence is felt every day in our office. As the Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, Human Resources, and Internal Audit Manager, she ensures our employee family thrives. Christine is the welcoming face for new employees, the go-to for benefit management, and the cheerleader celebrating every staff achievement. In her Corporate Secretary role, she revels in the intricacies of corporate governance and enjoys collaborating with the Board of Directors.

Christine’s dedication to NSTS is matched only by her love for the family and community culture that has been a hallmark of our institution. It’s no wonder she holds the record for the longest tenure at NSTS—52 years of unwavering commitment. This impressive streak mirrors her personal life, where she’s celebrated 51 years of marriage. “You might say I’m a stickler for commitment,” Christine laughs, a nod to her remarkable dedication.

When she’s not in the office, Christine’s life is a whirlwind of family and fun. She treasures Sunday family dinners, cheers from the sidelines at her grandkids’ sporting events and dance performances, and delights in family vacations. A passionate reader, she always has a book in hand, and she loves the occasional thrill of a casino visit to play a few slots.

Christine Stickler embodies the spirit of North Shore Trust and Savings. Her incredible journey and unwavering dedication inspire us all. Here’s to many more years of making memories and setting records, Christine!
